I’ve been a triathlete since 2011. I’ve completed Sprint, Olympic, Half-Ironman, and Ironman distance races.
I’ve been coaching athletes since 2023. From first time sprint triathletes, to first time Ironman racers, to runners looking for a personal best – I’ve helped athletes just like you get to the start line and across the finish line achieving their goals. I’m a club coach with the Ottawa Triathlon Club and with Ottawa Swimming. I am a Triathlon Canada Licensed Coach.
